MANUFACTURED FROM ZINTEC & GALVANISED STEEL SHEET,

Zintec steel sheet is metal plate that has been electrolytically coated with a thin layer of Zinc. It has excellent machinability and is typically used in the manufacture of sheet steel pressed products such as washing machines, air conditioning units, and car bodies.

Zintec can also be used on it?s own in some cases where sheet metal components are kept dry and require minimal corrosion protection.

Galvanised steel sheet is manufactured from durable, strong DX51 grade steel which has been through a process of hot dip galvanising to coat them in a layer of zinc to increase the surface hardness and durability; this gives the sheet metal much better corrosion resistance than untreated steel and allows it to have much greater durability against the elements.
Galvanised steel plate or sheet is used for a variety of projects including furniture, car panels, general fabrication and much more as it is ideal for covering large areas with good protective qualities. This grade of steel also has excellent machinability and good formability properties.
