Shipping within the UK mainland will be by the next working day courier (if ordered before 12.00 pm), which will require a signature. We cannot however guarantee next-day delivery.

Yes, we can. All overseas customers please contact us prior to purchase to obtain a quote for shipping (we will require the delivery Zip code). In some instances customs/import charges may apply, these are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check if this applies before purchasing.

As shipping costs vary greatly from country to country, and are dependent upon parcel size/weight, it is only after we receive an order and pack it, that we are able to calculate accurate shipping costs that are appropriate to the country of origin for each sale.

​Once shipping costs are calculated, we will email the customer to confirm the amount. Shipping quotes are valid for 7 days only. If a customer has not confirmed that they want to proceed with the order, within these 7 days, the costs may change from the initial quote, and another quote will need to be calculated for the customer.

​On receiving a shipping quote, if you decide not to proceed, we will refund the order in full.

We will only request payment to cover the shipping costs . Any import charges / duty or taxes, that may apply to the order, are determined by a destination country’s own customs authority and are not related to our business. The customer, who has chosen to import items to their country, must therefore pay these costs.

Yes, all items are brand new and checked before despatch. Please ensure you are happy with your product before signing for it.

If you are not happy with your order you can refund it for a full refund as long as the product(s) are unused and in the original packing.
