DDS Crossmembers are manufactured as original OE specification, with all the correct press forms, to make your replacement look as original as the chassis was when it came out of the factory
All DDS extension legs have joggled ends, this makes replacing your old crossmember easier & stronger because you will have in most cases 100mm of joggled end to sleeve over your old rails to get a much fuller welded area (30mm joggle on the 200mm extension legs)
DDS also offer slightly more extreme versions of the rear crossmembers
